Map skillsYear 11 Geographers took part in a workshop run by the British Cartographical Society centred around the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan in 2011. Students were divided into teams of 5 and had to take on a specific role within their group which focused on a particular perspective of the relief operation. Some students had to think with a military focus.
